Gordon spent the past 35 years leading teams of creative professionals across industries and continents. He directed global marketing for a multi-national corporation with offices in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Russia, and has created influential brands in wellness, aromatherapy, and personal care.
President & CIO
Curtis has been a digital business professional since 1999, building companies that have generated over $500M in revenue. He brings deep expertise in affiliate marketing, eCommerce, software, and business execution.
Chief Product Officer
Ashley is a certified organic skincare formulator and scent designer. With a background in media production and multiple startups, she merges artistry and precision to deliver a global perspective on wellness, innovation, and design.
Chief Operations Officer
Joe co-founded global successes like XANGO and Altra Running, scaling XANGO to 50 million bottles across 40+ countries. He is a husband, father of four, endurance athlete, author, and podcast host.
Chief Financial Officer
Kent has 35 years of direct selling leadership across 50+ global markets, serving as Chairman, Founder, CEO, COO, and CFO. He and his wife Melanie are proud parents of five daughters and seven grandchildren.
Chief Strategy Officer
A founding member of DreamWorks’ original five-person team, Brent raised $2B+ in entertainment financing and served as Founder/President of Destination Films. MBA from Wharton, MA from the University of PA.
Strategic Initiatives Director
Adam has over 22 years in network marketing and corporate leadership. He built key global teams at XANGO and is a hands-on, cross-functional leader with the heart and vision to drive success.
Marketing & Sourcing, Italy
Born and raised in Italy, Katia brings 20 years of international brand growth experience to OLIABO™. She plays a key role in marketing, communications, and on-the-ground sourcing of ingredients from the source.
